This is an art project that encourages people to send more handwritten greeting cards/postcards. Emails and other forms of online communication are much more convenient and efficient, but there's just something about receiving a handwritten note that doesn't compare. There are already several similar projects like this--The Postcard Project, PostSecret, postcrossing--but I will just self-stamp my handmade postcards and greeting cards and leave them in random places around the NYC area and hope for people to send them to a friend or loved one. Wouldn't that be neat?
I found one on a table in Starbucks. It has a picture of purple flowers on it. Thanks!
